Reach Dog

Your products are described in your words. Buyers search in theirs. A shopper picks up a phone and asks "what's a soft yarn for baby blankets?" Your listing says "Merino Wool DK Weight Yarn." Both are correct. Neither one finds the other.

That gap is structural. You described your product accurately, and the buyer described their need accurately. The two vocabularies simply do not overlap, so the right product never reaches the person who wanted it.

Reach Dog is the map between them. The Reach Agent reads your catalog, resolves your product vocabulary against buyer vocabulary drawn from over 360 million product listings, and tells you where the two connect and where they miss.

Start here

You are reading this because the Reach Agent is available to you in Gemini Enterprise. Three pages get you working:

  1. Add the Reach Agent. What your administrator registers, and what to expect the first time you open it.
  2. Ask your first question. What to type, and what comes back.
  3. Upload your catalog. Attach a CSV and the answers become about your products instead of the market at large.

What you can ask it

You ask one question in plain language. The Reach Agent classifies it, runs the specialists that can answer it, in parallel when the question spans more than one, and returns a single answer with the evidence trail intact.

You want to know Ask something like
Which of your products buyers cannot find "Which of my product titles would not show up for 'best yarn for baby blankets'?"
What buyers actually type and say "What questions do people ask about travel mugs on voice search?"
Where demand exists and product supply does not "Where are the gaps in my outdoor furniture catalog?"
What other stores sell and charge "Which stores sell a stainless steel travel mug like mine, and what do they charge?"
When a category peaks and where it is heading "When does demand for pool floats peak?"
Which keywords to bid on "Draft a Google Ads campaign for my insulated water bottles."

The full set is on the Skills page.

Every number is traceable

Answers carry an evidence footer naming the data behind them and the date that data runs through. When the data does not support an answer, the Reach Agent says so rather than filling the gap. See Read an answer and What it will not do.
